To continuously improve the quality of our manufacturing, we are seeking a Quality Assurance / Quality Management Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your future remit
- Monitoring all QA and QM measures and processes.
Responsible for personnel (technical and disciplinary) including organizing further training courses - Contact person for QA or QM issues in day-to-day business as well as for customers, including handling complaints
- Analyzing and validating processes and process optimization
- Project management in quality assurance
- Creating, recording, checking and evaluating key figures
- Carrying out risk potential analyses using FMEA
- Coordinating the running control and optimizing the processes in the QA system
- Monitoring ongoing production
- Developing QM and QA methods within the company
Our requirements
- You have the right qualifications for the job, e.g., a technical apprenticeship with corresponding supplementary courses or a degree in engineering or natural sciences
- You have experience in leadership, project management, quality management/assurance and in process optimization
- You excel through your independent, responsible and focused way of working
- Working with a computer and the latest MS Office programs is second nature to you
- You also have a good command of written and spoken English
- Analytical thinking, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and strong team skills complete your profile
